As a critical infrastructure operation, HTC’s Customer Service Representatives, Plant Personnel and Service Technicians are considered essential and thus will continue to support customer needs throughout the State of Illinois’ Stay at Home period of the coronavirus pandemic. We have been working diligently to ensure our customers and employees stay healthy and safe in this unprecedented time.
To protect customers and employees during residential and business service calls, HTC has implemented practices to ensure safe interaction with our customers. Our entire team is being provided with sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and other supplies, and is taking every precautionary measure possible to keep everyone safe throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
