Description: Senior Accountant will work closely with executive level team members performing duties associated with general accounting, tax filings, reporting and audit preparation.
Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant in good standing or Masters of Accountancy preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting will be considered with 3-5 years of relevant work experience. Candidate will possess knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles; basic audit concepts, practices and procedures; proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.); high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to organize, manage and prioritize tasks to deadlines; ability to work independently; assert diligence and proactive approach to problem solving; work effectively under pressure in consistently meeting objectives and deadlines; outstanding communication skills; and a team player.
Sales Representative

Description: Sales position supporting Internet, telephone and television services for business customers, offering benefits and a competitive wage.
Qualifications: Customer-facing position that requires solid interpersonal and communication skills. Applicant must be proficient in computer skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy; have the ability to organize, manage and prioritize tasks to deadlines, work independently as well as in a team setting; work effectively under pressure in consistently meeting objectives and deadlines; as well as proficiency in basic math, reading and comprehension skills and the ability to follow instructions. Bachelor’s Degree and three to five years of outside sales experience is preferred but not required.
Technical Services Specialist

Description: Technical Services position supporting Internet, telephone and television service, offering benefits and a competitive wage.
Qualifications: Primary responsibility of a Technical Services Specialist is the implementation and maintenance of broadband, Internet, IPTV, and telephone service. Includes, but is not limited to, design and management of a Fiber, DSL, and Wireless/WiFi network, in addition to Linux and Windows server administration. A successful candidate should have high attention to detail and accuracy; have the ability to organize, manage and prioritize tasks to deadlines, work independently as well as in a team setting; work effectively under pressure in consistently meeting objectives and deadlines. Technology-related degrees, certifications, and three to five years of experience are preferred but not required.
Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) operator

Description: Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) operator position offering benefits and a competitive wage. Primary responsibility of a CAD operator is creating and updating engineering drawings and records to support deployments of fiber optic services, Internet services, phone services and TV services.
Qualifications: Applicant must be familiar with AutoCAD or similar computer drafting programs. Internet Technician – Inside

Description: In-office technician supporting business and residential customer’s Internet, television, and telephone service. Includes benefits and a competitive wage.
Skills Required: Customer-facing position that requires enthusiasm and solid interpersonal skills. Applicant must be proficient in computer and network support/design. Microsoft, Cisco and Networking certificates a plus. Basic math skills, reading and comprehension skills, ability to follow instructions and work independently, ability to interact well with others, basic mechanical aptitude and logic skills.
Internet Technician – Outside

Description: Outside field technician supporting business and residential customer's computers, WiFi, and wired networks. Includes benefits and a competitive wage.
Skills Required: Applicant must be proficient in computer and network support/design. Microsoft, Cisco and Networking certificates a plus. Basic math skills, reading and comprehension skills, ability to follow instructions and work independently, ability to interact well with others, basic mechanical aptitude and logic skills. Physical skills include, but are not limited to, climbing and operating equipment. Valid driver's license required.

Skills Required: Basic knowledge of telephone and communications networks, plus experience installing internal and external wiring, include data cabling and fiber optics cables. General knowledge of computers and networking. Basic math skills, reading and comprehension skills, ability to follow instructions and work independently, ability to interact well with others, basic mechanical aptitude and logic skills. Physical skills include, but are not limited to, climbing and operating heavy equipment. Valid driver’s license required, plus Class A CDL may be required.
